The terms and conditions below apply to all transactions with DolphEyes.dk, unless other specific written agreements have been made between the purchaser and DolphinEyes.dk
When an order is placed you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and stating that you read, understood and accepted dolphineyes.dk terms and conditions.
Documentation and instructions
If the product is associated with a product description and instructions these will be delivered with the product and the product should be used according to the instructions for use delivered with the product. For further description of the product and advice the website dolphineyes.dk contains information, advice and helpful tips for proper usage and enjoyment of the product.
Delivery of products from DolphinEyes.dk is considered to have taken place when you have received the products. When the products are sent within Denmark, the products are delivered using Post Nord. Delivery times are normally 4-5 working days. We reserve the right to longer delivery times in the event that either Post Nord or a 3rd party supplier causes delays beyond the control of DolphinEyes.dk
Cost of Shipment
Your purchase will have the cost of shipment added to it to cover the cost of shipping and packaging. The shipment cost will be added as soon as you place your order into the shopping basket.

50-99 g: 19 dkk (3 – 4 packages of dolphineyes® shampoo masks)
100-249 g: 30 dkk (5 – 10 packages of dolphineyes® shampoo masks)
Free shipment within Denmark with the purchase of 10 packages or more.
Delivery to private addresses within Europe, Færo Islands and Greenland
0 – 49 g: 15 dkk (1 – 2 packages of dolphineyes® shampoo masks)
50-99 g: 28 dkk (3 – 4 packages of dolphineyes® shampoo masks)
100-249 g 38 dkk (5 – 10 packages of dolphineyes® shampoo masks)
Delivery to private addresses to other countries *

*We do not deliver to the USA or Canada at this point.
Responsibility for the products
Responsibility for the product is with the purchaser of the product once the purchase is received.
How to purchase from the webshop
You can purchase from DolphinEyes.dk by following these 5 easy steps:
- Find the product(s) you want to purchase, and place them in the shopping cart and then go to check-out.
- Enter your personal details
- Choose delivery and purchase methods
- Accept the Terms and Agreements
- Check that all information is correct on the summary page and then accept the purchase
As long as the purchase transaction has not taken place it is possible to change all the information and data you have entered on the website order page(s). The changes can be made in each specific field where you have entered your order and personal data. When your order has been accepted via the website you will receive an acknowledgement of the order via email.
It is not possible to see previous orders via the website.
If there is a problem with the product upon receipt
The Danish Product Purchase law covers this product.
When you purchase from DolphinEyes.dk you have, of course, 24 months of “the right to complain.” This means you have 24 months to have the product repaired, exchanged, money back or a reduced price depending on the specific situation.
The complaint must be reasonable, and the defect must not have arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other mishandling of the product from the purchaser’s side.
How soon should I complain?
If there is a problem with the product when you receive it, you must contact us within a “reasonable period of time” when you recognize the problem. If you complain within 2 months of finding a problem with the product, “the right to complain” and the solution will be in your favor.
We refund reasonable shipping costs
If your complaint is in your favor, we refund reasonable shipping costs.

When you return a product(s) please provide as much information and detail regarding your complaint as possible. Remember to return the product in package that gives it reasonable protection and remember to retain the receipt for the cost of shipping so that you can be refunded.

If you are returning products due to dissatisfaction or an error with the product, you will always receive an email when we have received your return. In the email you will receive information regarding the status and how we intend to process your return.
Prices and purchasing
On this website you can purchase products online and pay with VISA/DANKORT. All prices include VAT and any other associated toll. The price on the webshop is the current price. When you purchase from DolphinEyes.dk you are entering an agreement … å dansk. Beløbet hæves først på dit kort, når varerne sendes fra dolphineyes.dk. You have 14 days to return the product. Your right to regret your purchase ends 14 days after you;
- have received the product
- take receipt of the last shipment in a group of product shipments which were ordered from within 1 order but were shipped separately
- receive the last portion of an order which has (by agreement) been shipped in multiple shipments
Within 14 days of receipt of the products you must contact us at info@DolphinEyes.dk and state your intention to return the product. You can choose to use our standardized return form and include this with your return. You will find the form included when you receive your product and also below in this section (Conditions) of our website.
You can not regret/return your purchase by simply not taking receipt of your order without giving us a clear explanation and by agreement with us. You forfeit the right to return if you break the sealing of the package, leaving the package unsuitable for return, due to hygienic requirements.

Returning the product(s)
Please return your order to us without un-due delay and no later than 14 days after you have contacted us and advised us that you intend to return your order. When returning product(s) you are responsible for ensuring that the packaging is protective of the product. You are responsible for the product until we have received it as a return from you.
You may also regret your purchase and return the product(s) by personally delivering them to the above address at an agreed on time and date.
Product(s) condition upon return
You are responsible for the condition of the product and its onlyonlreasonable protection of its condition in the event that it has not been protected by reasonable efforts to maintain its condition and its ability to function as intended. In other words, you may handle the product in the same manner as you would handle it in a physical shop where the product is displayed. If the product is used in any other way than described above, we will consider the product to have been used. Which means that upon return of the product you will not receive a full-refund of your purchase. You will receive a partial refund dependent on the re-sale potential of the product’s condition when return it in. To recive a full-refund you must treat the produt only as you would in a physical shop where it is displayed and therefore you may not break the packaging seal because this is a one-time use, disposable product.
Refund of the purchase price
If you regret your purchase, you will receive a refund of the purchase price. In the event that the value of the product has been diminished, you will receive a refund consistent with the value of the product when we receive your return. If you use your “right to return” we will give you a complete refund including the cost of return shipment (as long as you have used the same method for return as we use for shipment). We are not responsible for additional and extraordinary shipment costs related to the return of the products if they are higher than the standard cost that we use to ship the product to you. The return must take place no later than 14 days after we have received the information from you that you regret your purchase and intend to return your order. We will refund you with the same method used in your purchase transaction unless you have indicated to us, and by agreement with us, hat would like to receive your refund using another transactio method.
We will hold your refund until we have received the returned product(s) unless you supply documentation that you have been returned the products to us.

Collection of personal contact data
To make agreements with us at DolphinEyes.dk we need the following personal information:
Your information is used only with respect to the delivery of your ordered products. Your information is registered with DolphinEyes.dk and is kept for 5 years, after which it is deleted. Only management has access to the personal contact information you supply, and guarantees as responsible for personal contact data that your data is not shared with any 3rd party.
Upon entering card and bank information crypted SSL- connection is used to protect sensitive information as securely as possible. Other information such as name and delivery address is not transmitted via a secure SSL-connection as this data is not considered particularly sensitive.
When we collect your personal information on our website we insure that accept this by giving us your clear agreement, so that you are informed what personal information you are giving us and why.
Once you have registered with DOLPHINEYES ApS you always have the right to request removal of your registration. You also have the right to know what information we have registered. You have these rights under the personal data law and requests related to this should be addressed to DOLPHINEYES ApS via e-mail email@example.com.
Technically, Cookies can be divided into 2 types. The first type of cookie is called “Session Cookies” and is used to keep track of what you have put into your shopping basket, while you are navigating within the website. “Session Cookies” are not stored on your PC and disappear when you close your web-browser.
